Also, use a pepper corn for the fish eye. - if u same like mine get the small bottle lid cut round shape and than half put top of the fish. - - 8- Bake in a pre-heated oven (390 F / 200 C) for around 20 minutes or until the puff pastry becomes dark golden brown.

Divide the fish mixture among the bottom halves of the pastry squares. Carefully place puff pastry bundles on parchment paper. After the oven chimes, remove pan from oven. Brush egg wash around the fish, then lay on the second sheet of puff pastry, pressing around the fish to seal. Use a paring knife to cut away the excess puff pastry in the shape of a fish.
