Put a medium saucepan on the stove over high heat. In a Dutch oven, cook pasta shells according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. Let the cheese and margarine stand in a bowl at room temperature until softened. Cut in the flour and pepper as for pie dough.

Steps to make Stuffed Cheese Pastry:
  1. Take a big mixing bowl add 1 egg, egg white, salt & sugar whisk well then add oil, warm milk & yeast mix well then add flour & soft butter mix well. - Then kneed into a soft dough, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 2-3 hour or till dough double in size. - Mix all filling ingredients in bowl and set aside.
  2. Transfer the dough on a floured surface and kneed it again with soft hands then divide the dough into 4 parts and make a round ball shape cover and leave it 15-20 mins. - Roll out each dough ball to 20-22 cm round shape. - Then divide into 8 parts like triangles shapes using the help of a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
  3. In Each triangle make small 3 slits with pizza cutter or knife. - - Stretch the edges of each triangle piece use the help of your fingers and then put the stuffing on the edge of dough. Fold the pointed corner of the triangle over the top of the edge and fold under the edge. Egg wash then bake for 20-25 mins at 180° C till nice golden colour. - Serve immediately with your favourite sauce. - Enjoy !

Let the cheese and margarine stand in a bowl at room temperature until softened. Cut in the flour and pepper as for pie dough. Slit the dates; stuff with the pecan halves. Flatten a small amount of dough in the palm of the hand. Wrap a date in the dough, sealing completely.
