Plunge the spinach into the water, and cook until it wilts, less than a minute.   6. Add in the chopped spinach and mix everything thoroughly so that the sauce is uniformly coated.
  7. Adjust the consistency of the sauce as needed. Add in the cheese and mix in.
  8. Put off the heat and let it sit covered for another 5 mins, till the cheese melts.
  9. Can be served along with a toast.
