  1. Prepare 150 gm Roasted brown vermicelli

  12. Get 100 gm Cheddar or soft cheese
  13. Make ready 1 cup milk
  14. Make ready 1 Tsp Mozzarella
  15. Take Corn flour 1 Tsp in 4 Tsp milk

Instructions to make Kunafa:
  1. Ist mix break vermicelli into smaller pieces
  2. Add butter
  3. For shaping I used cookie cutter and bowl
  4. Layers
  5. If you use bowl,brush oil inside it first and repeat the same layers vermicelli, mozzarella and ricotta
  6. Layers in a bowl
  7. Ready for baking
  8. After baking
  9. Once kunafa ready,v make sugar syrup
  10. Sugar,water and saffron
  11. Cook until thick
  12. After pouring sugar syrup, decor with nuts or chocolate sauce
  13. Use ur fav nuts
  14. For making chocolate sauce topping
  15. 4 Tsp chocolate flakes,4 Tsp cream
  16. Thick and glazed sauce topping
  17. Second type of creamy cheese filling
  18. Mix sugar in milk and boil
  19. Add corn flour to thicken and add cheese
  20. Bake it same like ist kunafa,add sugar syp and nuts or chocolate sauce topping
  21. Ready to serve
